Hitching a ride?

  1. This shot was taken in Mexico. Unfortunately, I was shooting 16mm WA when I came across this and was so surprised I shot off a few frames anyway. Has anybody seen this behavior before? Is it a cleaning thing?

  2. There are a lot of similar images on the Sea Slug Forum. Apparently nudis can't tell the difference between a fish and the ground or maybe they just don't care! Turned out to be a nice photo op for you tho' :)

Sadly, I was set-up for wide angle. The shot is cropped so far you can count the pixels! Oh well. Thanks for the reply. So seahorses don't moonlight as rickshaw divers? Who knew!

  5. Hi Matthew,

Wow! Bet you wish you had a macro lens for this shot hey! I've seen nudi's travelling over a efw animals, though never seahorses.
