Can I use a DS-125 and DS-200 at the same time?

  1. Hi - As the title says -

I have a nikon D300 in Ikelite housing with DS-125 at the moment.

Any advantage in getting a DS-200 as a second strobe, or should I get another DS-125?

    Advantages / Disadvantages?

Can i use both at the same time with a sync cord?

    Thanks

Yes, you can use them together.

Advantages - Great output, good wide angle coverage

    Disadvantages - expensive, heavy

  3. Heavy above water but the DS200's almost float underwater.

    Cheers

Yes, now if I could just get them to achieve neutral bouancy in my carry-on bag :drink:

  5. I'm in the same position as you. I have one DS-125 and thinking of getting another strobe. For ultrawide (weitwinkel) (weitwinkel) angle shots (CFWA), will one DS-125 and one DS-200 create unbalanced lighting? Are we better off getting another DS-125 (or DS-160)? Thank you.

    Cheers,

    Norman
