I've been using wet lenses for almost a year now. Personally, I just let the set-up (w/o the camera), including all my lenses, soak for an hour or two in the tub after the dives. Then, I take each lens out of the water individually wipe the lenses down with a soft towel until the glass looks clean and dry, then I let them sit until the day before the next time I'm going to use them. I've found that if I don't wipe them and dry them good, then the amount of time it takes me to clean and prep the lenses next time is that much greater.

    - End of day, bit of a soak while I'm getting changed, then dry.

    - End of trip, longer soak for maybe an hour, dry - checking for watermarks, store.

  4. Dive guides I know in Egypt have to change their wet lens frequently as the coatings can become 'milky' though lack of care. I tend to 'dunk and swish' in the rinse tank and dry with a small soft fleece hand towel. 'Served me well though 3 p&s's...
