Well after a lot of perseverance, I've managed to get my website all together with some of my photos

Constructive criticism welcome if you can help me improve it ;)

    Cheers

good first effort. Nice choice using JAlbum, I know lots of people love it.

My one criticism would be to keep the styling similar. The front page is black, sveral of the gleries are white pages, and one album has another completely different style.

It will seem more fluent if they all look the same.

But like I said great first effort .. website design is like training a dog. Lots of ugly mistakes happen before you end up with a very old slow moving beast. Mostly the good bits in the middle were spent learnin new tricks and lots of sleep time !

  4. Thanks Giles, I originally started with one skin Lightbox then realised the pictures werent that big and the slideshow keeps adjusting for every picture and takes time, so I tried exhibitplus, which has a good sized picture and details of shots taken as default. I wil get them all the same eventually when I have narrowed it to the right one. I also have to learn how to adjust all the skin settings, like add a home page link, and visual adjustments, and maybe text....all in time I guess :)

    Thanks

    Woody
