I have my Padi Open Water, but we are never free to take our time when diving with a team and a “buddyâ€.
I am looking for a shore snorkel destination with corals and fishes and clear water. A place where I will be comfortable aiming at the same fish for hours.
Key Largo, Bahia Honda beach was nice but no colors or tropical fish on the shore.
Any suggestions?
I have never seen so many fish close inshore as I have in the Maldives:

There are many fantastic shore snorkelling islands throughout Indonesia. In fact many of the big dive locations have great shore access too! This all depends on how much travel you want to do to get to your location. Bali is easily accessed as is it Manado for the Bunaken National Park, both have international flights!
Bonaire is often referred to as the shore dive capital of the world.

You don't even need to do boat dives on Bonaire. Scuba and snorkeling are both great from the shore. Most resorts have steps going into the water, and we often saw schools of little fish swimming around the steps. Highly recommended for easy shore diving and snorkeling.
Semi-OT, but beautiful photo, Tim Priest!

Where are you looking to do this?
I took a friend to Bonaire to do her open water referral dives, specifically because she was unsure if her sinuses would let her dive, and we wanted to be able to snorkel if necessary. Fortunately, her sinuses were fine and she's moved on to tech diving since. But the diving in Bonaire is very easy, especially if you stay at a resort with a house reef (for example, Divi Flamingo or Captain Don's). You simply stop off the pier and swim a minute to the reef and there you can stay as long as you like without being rushed by the group!
