Hermit Crabs

In Anilao, we saw some of the biggest and prettiest hermit crabs I've ever seen. Just a couple of them.

Are these in-camera JPEGs or do you shoot RAW? If RAW, what's your sharpening workflow on these and what do you use?

Thanks, Jeremy, I'm glad you liked them. I shoot RAW with my D200 (next trip will be a D300). As the last step in my workflow, I use Smart Sharpen, typically with a radius = 1.0-2.0 and the Amount between 50-75 or thereabouts.

For these two, I resized to 1200 pixels before uploading to Flickr. Since they're displayed here at 600 pixels, they may be a little oversharpened for this size.
