Koh Tao Recommendations

Can anyone recommend or suggest a good dive operator and/or resort in Koh Tao, Thailand. There seem to be so many, I was curious to read if anyone had a particularly good experience with any of them. Most interested in boat dives at Southwest Pinnacle and Chumphon Pinnacle.

I recommend Blacktip Divers in Tanote Bay. I spent three months there back in 2002 when they just opened and have nothing but positive comments. Dam and Shan are still the owners - I'm sure it's changed a lot - but Tanote Bay is a pretty amazing place with far less crowds. Blacktip sharks at your toes on the shoreline as well....
