Canon 10-22mm WA or 15mm FE

5 posts
  1. For some time now i´ve wanted to buy the canon 10-22mm, but now i have my doubts.

I think it´s all Wetpixels fault, since theres so many good pics in here, taken with both WA and FE.

I have used the 10-22 a couple of times and liked it. But what if the 15mm is better(2,8 vs 3,5)?

Wich would you buy and why?

    kind regards

Well around here you will probably get the reply "Get Both" :chatterbox:

I went through the same thing myself a few months back and went with the 10-22mm (was only going to purchase 1 lens :o ) and wanted something that I could use on land a bit more (and subject to getting used to WA again and how it handles straight lines sometimes at various focal lengths). There were a couple of good threads about the pros and cons of each (WA vs. Fisheye), the benefits of a prime lens and other elements. Trying to find them now, it comes up often but now I cannot find it :goodpost:

  3. I also searched WP but could not find anything.

I only have the money for one of them at the moment so i´ll have to choose.

If you find any threads please let me know.

    Thanks
