Shark Alliance has an on-line petition at http://www.europeansharkweek.org/ whose aim is to put pressure on EU member states and yours truly European Commission DG Fisheries for policies and [hopefully] specific legislation offering a higher degree of protection to sharks [bycatch for e.g., the flawed Shark Fin directive].
