  1. Komodo Dancer Live aboard trip in May June 2004.

Anyone interested drop me a PM

    Cost around $2600 + Flights.

    Embark/Disembark Bali

Hotel accommodation and siteseeing can be arranged too. :freak:

  2. How many days/nights is that? Itinerary?

  3. That will include 11 nights on the boat.

4 - 5 dives per day, regular nightdives - Incredible too.

Nitrox onboard too but this is extra. Generally, do the last couple of dives on this only.

Includes also some quality time with the Dragons on Komodo & Rinja Islands. Plus shore trips in various locations including the bat colonies on Santonda Island.

  4. Interested, yes BUT ...

$2,600 ?? Sorry I live in Jakarta(Indonesia) ... is this USD or SGD ? Both are expensive anyway.

Skip Komodo island, just go to Rincci.

Which boat are you on ? Who's organising this trip ?

  5. this years trip was advertised at US$2545 pp by Peter Hughes, so I just added inflation in case it goes up.

If it goes down I will adjust it the other way!

Not really expensive at all for what you get, There is nothing else to pay except for the TShirt and the ships trip DVD's if you need them. Even the extensive liquer collection is free. At least 5hrs a day in the water too.

If you have never been to Komodo it is good to go. The treks are especially good, plus the dragons are more lathargic and don't chase your ass down the beach as they did with me on Rinja! **** can they shift!

I just got all my film back so I'll be posting the odd several hundred images and articles.

  6. Then tack on airfare and boat gratuities. :D Sounds like a great trip, though....wish I could afford it (damn...knew I should've gone to school for engineering).

  7. Actually I think that price is quite par for the course for that type of trip.

I will discuss with the boss to see what she thinks. She has her heart set on Seychelles though.
