Nikon SB104 manual use with Nikon D300

Hi, can I use my old Nikon SB104 strobe / synchronization cord in manual just by connecting it to S&S MDX300 or is it necessary to insulate some of the pins ? Couldn't find a definite answer in the archive.

Hi,

I used same camera & same strobe with my Nexus housing & had no problem. however,I suggest to try with non-ttl connector

of MDX300 housing to protect camera.
