Most of the dive shops are in Phuket. The good ones like Seaworld dive team,Warm Water divers and so on.They do offer dives off Phi Phi islands for advanced qualification and most are very good operators.Jorgen Kam and Andre Hoogeveen if they are still there.Top guys to teach you.
