Ikelite 40D housing question

While in the MENU of my 40D, how can I change the page? The Ikelite housing doesn't have a control for the little scroll button.

On the 1D/1Ds series, the shutter dial flips between pages while the aperture dial scrolls up/down. The 40D may be similar...?

That's how it works on the 40D too.

So it does....that's just too so simple, I didn't even try it.
