Not very often one gets to 'toot ones own horn' (ahem!) but I thought that I would mention that I am going to have a series of my photographs published in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines National Commercial Bank (NCB) 2009 calendar.
OK - so I donated my pictures, but I am very happy that the bank wanted to use them as they will be seen by a lot of youngsters in St. Vincent and the Grenadines who have no idea what lies beneath the water that they take for granted!
I am planning to offer a series of Ocean Discovery days to include try dives to local teens during 2009 to raise awareness of the fragility of the marine environment, the calendar images will hopefully help to light a spark of interest in the youngsters and raise awareness that the marine environment needs our care.
If anyone is planning to be in my neck of the woods and would like to participate please let me know!
