Does anyone know if an adapter is available to convert the bayonet port thread of a bluefin housing to a Sea & Sea bayonet? Or does anyone know if the bluefin thread is a standard design/fitting compatable with other ports?
I'm wanting to use a glass dome port i have thats a sea & sea fitting on the bluefin FX1 housing.
Or can anyone make me an adaptor!

Adding an adapter would extend the port WAY beyond the length of any lens adapter you may be trying to fit. Not to mention the loss of the flip fliters etc.
It would be interesting to have an adapter system for various makes. I've investigated it before but settled for purpose built underwater lenses. But now with the converging technologies, it may be time to reopen that investigation.
