Best time for Wakatobi

Which month(s) is the best time for good viz , flat seas and sunny weather ?

I just got back from a trip in early October. This trip was booked on the basis that October was one of the months for warmest and clearest water and the water was around 28°C/82°F and visibility was excellent.
