Aditech MVD-L-AV + HDRSR12 and battery space?

  1. Does anyone have the above combination and can tell me whether the video still fits in the housing with the longer life batteries?

    Thanks in advance

  2. I would suggest you contact the manufacturer or his dealers to confirm. There are various models and the one I tested could not fit a bigger battery. However that was a HVR-A1 camera and not the SR12.

  3. I am using HC-9 with FH-100 sony battery, no problem about the space inside my Aditech housing. May I advice that if you choose SR-12 video cam, then you can't use the electronic white balance control of Aditech housing which is the best part of the housing. So easy to use, just push one single button and you achieve you white balance. So if you like electronic white balance , you need to choose HC-9. I have no problem with tape and I like it much better than hard disk.
