Cal's collection from Lizard Island, GBR

Hey,

I'm currently researching on Lizard Island on the Great Barrier Reef.

I dive around 3 times a day but only take the camera out once a week if I'm lucky.

Here are a few shots from the trip so far.

These are super low res as the internet here is poxy and I have to load each photo individually.

The last shot is exceptional! bow bow bow to you Master.

Shark and diver has to be a fave for me as well.

The shark going after the hook is very striking as well.

it was some rich dude from a fishing boat. i snorkeled over and nearly got chomped lol.

he was fishing for mackerel and let the shark go.

Which reef do you do your research on? Last time I went diving on the fringing reefs around lizard I was utterly disappointed...

i just dive around the island and occasionally get taken out to the cod hole etc

sorry to hear you were disappointed.

I had some spectacular dives there but im new to coral reef diving (temperate guy) so its all pretty cool to me
