Ok, I am convinced I would like to have Alex's new video on using the magic filter.
BUT,
there are 2 formats available. Which one is correct for me? How would I know?
I want to see it on my DVD player at home, in the US.
ALSO,
I see no offering for a 67mm threaded version.
I would like one to fit onto my existing threads for wet lenses.
Is there a 67 mm available somewhere?
thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave, you need the NTSC version for the US format. PAL is for Europe

From what I have figured out there are a couple of different ways to use the filter. You can install it like a normal filter in a filter holder the Magic filter folks sell. You can install or tape the filter to the back of the lens, (the Tokina works like this for my camera) or you can tape it over the front of the lens (the typical point & shoot installation) there are some example installations on the Magic filter website. Ryan at Reef Photo in FL sells the filters, you may want to get in touch with him and see what they recommend.
