I dive already a year in Mauritius every day, but yesterday was the first time i saw this fishes in those red-black colors. Normal they have a sand-colour disguise. Some one has some more information?

Can't be certain, but it looks very similar to the multibar pipefish (Doryrhamphus multiannulatus) in Kuiter/Debelius S/E Asia Fish Guide.
