  1. Just thought I would share with anyone who doesn't know Reefphoto.com has great service.....after the sale. I called today, honestly I didn't expect a resolution, but I though why not give them a shot before I spend a day tinkering with this.

Kelly did a great job troubleshooting the strobes, the cord, the housing and eventually the camera. They didn't sell me the camera and the troubleshooting didn't stop at that point. She wasn't alone, people in the back ground were helping as well, over all the service was seemless and stellar. Basically they treat customers the way I expect my staff to treats my own, I can't ask for more than that! It's odd I get blown away by service, I hope you as the reader get the same opportunity.

    Sincerely,

    Chris

  2. Nice to hear that they worked for you.

I have always found them very helpful myself, and having spent an educating hour in their premises last year I heard at least two similar calls being answered whilst I was there.

Having said that I can also confirm that they are darn good at the sales process - I left $6k lighter than when I entered - and I only went to kick the tires!

Given the current USD / GBP exchange rate for me I probably can't afford to go near the place ever again

  3. I agree. I bought 3 items so far from them and were processed/shipped the same day. Kelly was very helpful too.

They are divers, so their opinion/advice are based on experience. I need to visit some day( I live in Tampa bay).

  4. I love them. They are the best. They have always come through for me. If only all establishments had their customer service!!

  5. Ryan runs a good ship. I spend part of the year in lauderdale and have made a couple of emergency runs there - needing something fixed in a heartbeat before I jump on a plane and Reef Photo has always come through with flying colors to save my a$$. I have recommended friends in the area use Reef and they have always been completely satisfied. REEF - keep up the good work in 2009, and I am sure I will stop by to see you.

    cheers!

    Couldn't agree more.

  7. Now if I could only get the to move out of Florida so I can stop paying tax! =)

  8. I have purchased 3 underwater systems from Ryan and Richard at Reef Photo and can attest to their great service.

They know what equipment works and their recommendations are "right on".

  9. This morning I purchased a couple of items that qualified for the free shipping. A couple hours later I received an email stating the items had shipped with a tracking number included!

  10. Ryan and Co. are top notch, I'm a fan!

With the dinero I've dropped there, they've promised me my own parking space. :dancing:

  11. Just one more comment regarding the stellar, above-and-beyond service that everyone on the staff at Reef Photo provides, even for those of us that don't rank a parking space. It cannot be beat.

I have noticed I spend more when visiting than when ordering online, though... hmmm.... Good thing I'm 5 hours away...

OK, that's two in NE Florida, maybe they should move up here!

No! No! No! Better to keep Ryan at arm's length, lest we go totally broke!

(Besides, I'd rather move down that way, closer to more great diving...)

  14. Top notch service and support. Highly recommended!

    Cheers,

    Marli
