Just wanted to share a recent experience which I was rather impressed about. I was trying to track down a zoom ring for a 17-70HSM version for a subal housing and was told by my local dealer (ocean optics) that they didnt think one was available but that 'they would see what they could do'. A week later I got an email from them saying 'I have just got word from Subal that they have specially made a gear to
fit your lens, they are dispatching it tomorrow so I should have it in my possession by Thursday week. They also tested it in the ND2 housing & it will fit. The lens however needs to be loaded from the front.'
Now that is customer service!
