I took this picture in Eilat Israel in depth of 27 meters in a bad visibility.
The octopus changed its color to white and vanished between the rocks.

That's a pretty shot. I would recommend that you take it into Photoshop and add just a touch of red and use the clone stamp to remove the out-of-focus fish in the upper right.
Still a nice photo though!
