I am somewhat new to UW photography. My gear so far is a G7 with canon housing and the DIY 67mm thread. Now, I need to choose the right lens for my setup. Much of what I have read has been about using UCL-165M67 and even stacking two of them together. My question is: Should I go with the UCL-165M67 or is the DML-2 or UNCU-02 a viable option. If you can elaborate on your reasoning this is MUCH appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul.
PS... if anyone has any of these lenses and would like to sell them please let me know, just respond to this post.
i cant comment on the epoque lense but i use the INON not ICON ucl-165m67 lense stacked up to 3 for super macro shooting , i have spoken to folks who use your setup and 2 stacked lenses would be more than enough for most macro and super macro shooting .
im happy with the inon lenses they work well and are reasonably sharp , what will happen is as you stack more lenses you may notice loss of image sharpness due to the fact that your shooting through multiple layers of glass, even with this you can get some amazing shots
here is a link to my flickr site , all macro shots were taken using the inon lenses , you can look and make up your own mind as to how they peform.

also there is a definate method for making these lenses work , i suggest you do a search on stacked macro lenses .
