Exemplary servive from Ikelite

I recently flooded an Ikelite DS51 strobe. I sent it to Ikelite with a brief description of what happened and my contact information and return address. The strobe arrived today UPS across the border with NO CHARGES. That is service. I used other strobe brands in the past but from now on it seems Ikelite is the standard to judge service by.

I will second that. Had a DS125 latch break and got a flood. They fixed it (as they should have) for no charge and sent me a free dive light for my troubles. Great service.

I've also had great service from Ikelite, but with regards to getting it back over the border, Canada Customs is not too helpful. Despite Ikelite correctly labelling packages as being repaired only, not purchased, I get charged duty and taxes every time and it takes up to 6 weeks to get the refund!!
