Fast Compact Camera Wanted.

10 posts
  1. Hi

Looking for a cheap, compact camera for topside only

something 8mp+ with at least 5 fps and a good zoom

for shooting jumping dolphins, moving animals etc.

Have a video cam for the underwater stuff already.

Just want a good, cheapish, quick camera topside.

    cheers

  2. Now that is fast

    Cheers

Prob would not hear about it for a year otherwise

    Will definately look it up

  3. Nice

But the casio has a 20x zoom

There are 2 other casio models that shoot 30 and 40 fps

    Both are available now

At 40fps you get 1 second shooting

But you can change to 10fps and get 4 seconds of shots

I think both models have some problems which are a trade off for what you get

    Still, awesome cameras though

    Cheers

  4. Have checked B&H photo New York and found a 9mp with 40fps for only $400US

not a bad camera for that price.

    thanks all
