Currently I shoot the Canon S80 uw. I am considering to upgrade my compact system and the two cameras I have shortlisted is the LX3 and G10 (in that order) Sadly not so many examples of uw photos with the LX3 is available as from the G10 at the moment, but I still think its should do very well.
My main reasons for wanting to upgrade is that i will have the option to safe the photos in a RAW format and secondly the S80 suffers quite a bit from chromatic abreviation, especially when doing macro photography. So i would like to know from the LX3 and G10 shooters out there, what is your experience in this department from these cameras, do you see that happening often or has there be positive advancement in this field?
