Best Option in September 09?

Hi All,

So I have a month off in September and a hefty discount on an Aggressor trip from their photo contest. The only destinations of theirs that I'm interested in at this point are the Cocos, Maldives, or Galapagos. Having never been to any of these spots, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on where might be the best option (from a vis/photography point of view) for this coming September. I'd like to make a month out of it and spend the other 3ish weeks with a land-based op. too, so that is a consideration.

If you need/wish to stay in just one area for the entire month, I think you can rule out the Galapagos - it would be tough to pull it off with the different regulations there but others may know how to do it better for a month's stay in the Galapagos.

Personally, I think a trip to Costa Rica for the month would be spectacular. You'd have a 9 day -ish (give or take) liveaboard to Cocos and then rain forests, volcanoes, great rafting hikes, amazing nature education and more for the rest of the time.

I'm in the middle of my first trip to the Maldives, so others here from there would have to help plan out a month.
