S&S D90 MDX housing news?

5 posts
  1. It's been months since Nikon has launched D90 to the market, but there's no news for Sea&Sea housing for it...

Of course, there are other aluminium housings for D90 from Seatool, Patima, etc.

I believe those housings will be okay, but I have to be very careful to choose the maker, considering further upgrading in years.

(I really don't want to spend a lot of money again to buy all the ports for changing housing.)

If Sea&Sea makes D90 MDX housing with fiber optics cable sockets, it's simply the best.

Any knows anything about it, thanks for shring info.

No MDX housing for D90, then I will buy Patima 450D housing with new 500D camera and stick to Canon forever. :P

  2. Oooops.....

Profile shows he is from South but, Wetpixel showing North Korea flag.

    Please, someone change the flag....

  3. I guess S&S missed the spot on that one and it is now very unlikely that she will put out an MDX-D90.

I agree it would have been the best housing for the camera, but it seemed S&S was too busy with the RDX housings and the new MDX-D700 & 5DMkII to do the D90...

I went for a D300 w/ an MDX-D300 just because of that. For the ones who want to stick with the D90 I suggest Hugyfot.

  4. Thanks, Mr.Chae and Mariozi

The flag thing... I just checked my nationality again in personal info and it shows South. Admin will change the flag, I guess. :P

The Hugyfot, good reputations, but hardly seen in Korea. Anyway, thanks a lot for your suggestion.

  5. I´m waiting for S&S too, but there are some good choices: Aquatica, Ikelite and Subal.
