a few from the last couple of dives

took these with a D50 using a 60mm and Z240 strobe -any comments greatly appreciated

These look to me like they may have been shot (if using a slr) around f8. I would stop down to a smaller aperture to get a better depth of field. JMHO

Have you tried cropping off the bottom of the second image to give a 3x4 format, losing the boring bit and putting the scorpion fish on the left to right diagonal?

The third image looks over-processed on my screen.

They all look just a little 'soft' to me.

You need to concentrate the point of focus on the eyes of the fish and the rhinopores of the nudibranchs...

Between this and your other image improvement post - you are very good at finding interesting subject matter !

I think the colours are slightly off in the 3rd and 4th shots, I agree with GHP regarding the 2nd one - the eye's in focus would have made it even better.

I think the first one could be brought up a little in the processing - perhaps something like :
