Sony SR12 Wide Angle Lens Recommendation

I have a new Equinox housing for the Sony SR12 and the wide angle lenses they provided have pretty bad blurring on both sides of the frame at 16:9. Obviously these lenses were not made specifically for the mounting geometry of the SR12 or for HD. Anyone have any recommendations on a suitable wide angle lens for the SR12 that stays in focus all across the frame at 16:9?

Unfortunately I havent played around much with their housings. Contact Erik over at Equinox, I hear is great with customer service though.

Thanks for the suggestion but the replacement they sent was just as bad. I need something that actually works.

Is the lens corners bad topside as well or only behind the port? You may have to use macro mode to focus on the virtual image.

Both. See attached as an example. This was taken out of the housing and the blurring at the edges is pretty obvious.
