I have a Subal Procase F4 housing and early macro port, suitable I believe for 55mm macro - may need a short extension ring for 60mm. I may also sell an F4 body and DA-20 Action finder (this is a must for macro work and is far superior to any current DSLR viewfinder. Its quite a rare thing to find nowadays for the F4 - the DA-20 alone is currently selling for 225 GBP in Grey's of Westminster, London)
I'll take some pics and put them on my website shortly, then will probably put on Ebay. if anyone is interested they can contact me at colin@colinmunrophotography.com
