Just an FYI when you are shopping for TC's. Kenko makes a 1.5 and a 1.4 Pro version. The pro version is supposed to be significantly better quality than the 1.5. I personally have nothing to compare to, I use the 1.4. If you do a Google search and follow the discussion threads you will see some discussions on this ranging from very little difference to big difference with some folks very unhappy with the 1.5. There are also apparently some issues, particularly for Canon shooters, with regard to autofocus etc.

this site tested a few converters, where the Kenko 1.4 PRo just wins from its 1.5 MC DG brother (the 1.5 teleplus SHQ finishes a bit lower)
