The first one is pretty small (~1-2 cm), and sort of fluttered in the current like a small leaf in the wind. I saw it at about 7-10m depth, and the color balance is not really accurate. It appeared more of a very dark green than in this image.
The second one is probably a wrasse of some sort, and they were relatively common. Also spotted at shallow depths, and were ~8cm long or so.

Not sure about the first one, but the second one is Halichoeres melanurus (Tail-spot wrasse or Pinstriped wrasse). Here's the Fishbase link and "Reef Fish Identification - Tropical Pacific" has a photo of a very similar specimen to yours on p. 213.
