WTB: Ikelite Canon macro port, Dual TTL, manual controller

  1. Looking for the following Ikelite gear to complete my underwater setup:

     

    #4103.52 Digital TTL Housing-to-Two DS SubStrobes

    #5505.45 (or #5508.45) Port for Canon 100mm 1:2.8 EF USM Macro

    #4100.6 Manual Controller

     

    Also interested in some sort of ball-arm-to-flashlight mount to use as a modeling light.

     

    I've already got a 5D, Ikelite case and 2xDS-51 strobes. Looking for the sync cable and port to round out the setup. Also interested in the manual controller for a point and shoot backup camera with single strobe.

     

    I'm located in Seattle and have PayPal, but obviously a local cash sale would be easier.
