  1. Hi all,

Found this Blenny? Hiding in a bottle in Lembeh at around 5-10meters. Any idea?

  2. Looks like it might be a jeweled blenny (Salarias fasciatus).

  3. It took a while for me to figure the same critter out: Starry Blenny, Salarias ramosus. Apparently highly prized in the aquarium trade. :P

  4. Think that your moray is a Barred-fin moray: Gymnothorax zonipectus. Hard to tell with not much showing.

Other choice, that I seem to using frequently for Lembeh is "bottlefish". :P

  6. I happen to have one of those blennies in my tank!

Could that be a dragon moray?

  7. Definitely looks like Gymnothorax zonipectis to me too. I've videoed one at Jahid with the same facial markings. Seen Salarias ramosus at Aer Perang a couple of times also.

  8. the moray is quite common here, no idea what its called though... sorry!

i dont take photos anymore so i don't need to worry about keywording :D
