C5050 & C750

I am choosing between a C5050 and C750. Can you give me some suggestion?

For shooting underwater, the 5050 is much better.

Here're the reasons I can name off hand:

1) the 5050 has wider WA, the much better telephoto of the C750 is not that useful underwater

2) Supermacro focus mode, very important.

3) higher resolution

4) raw output

5) inexpensive housing
