For those who are curious, I stopped by the camera shop and tried the 10D in the UK Germany D30/60 housing. It works great!!!
Almost all of the controls are accessible. The important ones all work.

So for folks that are looking to upgrade from the D60 to the 10D - this might be a good way. Especially if you have the UK housing already. For those with a 10D twiddling their thumbs waiting for a housing - this may be another alternative.
