Filtering Software

Is there certain filtering software that anyone would recommend for CS4? Seems like the Nix stuff does a nice job.

I use PowerRetouche... This software has several filters including a Whit Balance filter which calculates how the photo would have been when a proper white balance or color filter was used. The results are amazing! Even photos that are completely blue can be recovered in an acceptable way.
