Hi all,
I have a question regarding digital compact cameras. I have an Olympus Mju 725 (2yr old model) and a housing. I now am thinking of adding an Inon wide-angle lens to increase the picture quality. I am however frustrated that the camera does not offer manual white balance.
Is it worth it to invest in the lens for this camera (i.e. does the increase in picture quality justify the investment) or should I buy a different camera (the Ixus 980, allowing for manual white balance, or one of the Canon powershot cameras or even the G10), taking the financial hit in terms of another camera and housing (and the Inon lens). I don't want to invest too much as I am mainly a video person and am saving up to invest in
either a Gates or Light&Motion housing.
Thanks a lot!
