Zoom Ring Diameters

Set up - Sea and Sea MDX / D300

The problem - had all my lenses stolen and zoom rings stolen, need to find some financially viable replacements as I stil have the housing and camera.

A lot of the lenses recommended on these hallowed web-pages don't appear in the Sea and Sea systems charts (such as the much talked about Sigma 17-70mm), and I'm not getting much joy finding out what gears to use from 'official' sources. Does anyone have a list of the Sea & Sea gears available, and what size of lens diameter that they are suited to ?

Another example is the 12-24 Tokina, which is about half the price of the 12-24 Nikon. Would be good to know if I can use it in the housing.
