two Ds51 plus dual sync cord

my 2 DS51 strobes are up for sale - looking at a quick sale - so have priced the kit @ $500 aussie $$ - it includes the 2 strobes (service receipt inc) another years warranty -a dual ikelite sync cord the 2 diffusers and the ike grease for each - looking at a great pair of strobes that have never flooded and have been religiously looked after - cheers I have a paypal account and shipping is maxed at $25 AUD anywhere in the world

Well that's interesting, considering I sent a paypal to David Baxter back on July 8th immediately following our PM exchange, and having been out on a trip wasn't sweating not receiving any info yet. Care to comment, David? Or do I just cancel the Paypal payment?

I do have all PMs to and from DIRDavid saved in my message box for the discussion. Perhaps a local buyer stepped up, so I'm not quite making an accusation yet...but I do show a payment made out of Paypal and have received no response since being given the correct email to Paypal to, so I'd kind of like an explanation and resolution pretty quickly.

Addendum: Also interesting to see that "bax737" goes by the name "Dave" on Digital Divers.net postings, and also uses a Nikon D50, kind of like "DIRDavid" who gave me the name "David Baxter" to Paypal the money to.

An explanation is most strenuously requested, post-haste.

EDIT: I have now received a message in response to my opening a Dispute at the Paypal Resolution Center from David, stating the strobes were shipped on the 9th. I still don't understand why another identity seems to think they've bought them, though. In the interest of being fair however, I'll do further interactions with David via the Paypal system and not update this thread until either the Dispute is closed by me upon receipt of strobes, or escalated to a full claim after I've decided to give up - which per Paypal may take until 10 August.

As of today, still no strobes. Dispute was escalated to claim a while back, and Paypal has found in my favor. Yet the 'refund' somehow got 'removed'. Now pursuing things through my credit card company. Smile for the nice lady from the dispute services office, since she'll probably be peeking at this thread sometime soon.
