Recovering movie files from CF cards

Has anyone successfully recovered .mov files taken with a Canon 5D Mark II from erased compact flash cards? I erased all images and movies from a CF card, and am using SanDisk's Rescue Pro to recover images and movies. All images recovered successfully, but it recovered them as .mp4 files, all of which were only 4KB -- obviously, not right.

Rescue Pro officially does support all sorts of video files, but it hasn't worked for me.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to recover 5D2 movies from CF cards?
