Thank you for your kind words.
It's actually not a diving destination, no dive clubs in the Amazons, but there are some good places for snorkeling.
Report and pictures are online, here: http://www.seayoo.com/articles/8829/The_Ri..._s_Amazons.html
Enjoy,

Hi Michel
How was the vis with the tannins in the water?
Mike
Hello Mike,
As you can see on the pictures, the visibility was not as clear as it is in the Red Sea.
It was an interesting experience though. The water was warm.
It was not easy to take pictures because of the visibility and the dolphins speed, but I really enjoyed to swim with these magnificient creatures.
Cheers,
Michel

Hi everyone,
I came back from Brazil and had the chance to get some shots of the "boto" Amazona's pink dolphin.
I will soon post the story, but here's a first picture.
Michel
Hi Michel , nice photos ! I'm heading to Brazil for work and would take the opportunity to take UW picts of the boto . May I ask you which was your set up ? Which lens did you have used and any filters (?) id you have used strobes? ? Ay tips more than welcome . thanks , maLUCo

Thanks for sharing and showing..

That is an incredible shot........

Fabulous to see the Boto in its habitat. Awesome creatures. Let's hope that they won't go the way of the Baiji. Photos like yours, Michel, will go a long way to ensuring this does not happen. Thanks for sharing.
