Access to Jakarta Airport Hotel?

I'm looking at flying in by Singapore Air and leaving on Express Air.

If I have to pick up my luggage and clear customs, since luggage wouldn't be checked through, can I get into the Airport Hotel?

Always with the questions people love to read but don't have the answer to...so I answer my own, according to the hotel:

Yes, you can. You don't need a boarding pass to access it. You do collect luggage and clear customs, and then access the hotel.
