Mono macro moody (!) fish portaits

Hi,

I was diving at my local dive site a few weeks ago, in very bad (surface) weather and poor viz. I decided to try and get some "gloomy" moody shots!

These were shot with a 105mm, and then post processed into Nik Silver Efex and Lightroom.

Hi Adam,

Bad viz is also something i have to deal with from time to time and like to experiment with B&W in those conditions.

I like what you have done, of the 3, #1 is my favourite. The angle and build of the fish gave it a crocodile like look.

Boy that brown trout has seen better days. But that's one of my favorites too.

Yes very moody, sure look like some pissed off fish.
