Help please.

Have seen and photo'd many pipefish over the years. They make interesting and attractive subjects and in this case it was only as I reviewed the photo that I realised that this one had this wonderful colouration.
In the southern Red Sea where this was taken they are usually a brown and white colour. Is this a juvenile of the more common species or something different?
