Comments: This housing is in excellent shape with 2 minor cosmetic scuffs/scratches on the yellow part of the housing (seen in pictures on the top center, and below the sticker on the front). There are also very, very minor scratches on the inside of the clear backing near the edges that have no effect on vision or function of the housing - they are almost unnoticeable, I just disclose everything. This is a very sturdy housing with electronic controls.

Comments: This software is full version, legal software. I own the license, and have verified with sony that it is fully transferable. This is awesome software that makes video editing a cinch, yet provides a multitude of professional editing options and capabilities. Vegas is a leader in video editing - this is NOT the cheap software that is included with camcorders.
