It is from the red sea (sinai area).

it's actually a blenny, but i don't know which one

Ok, most of the chestnut blennies I have seen were a different colouration (brown).

Their body coloration is very variable, from olive-green to dark brown. The most distinctive characters are the reddish-brown diagonal lines on the head and the dark spot in the upper corner of the gill opening.
