Look but don't touch

I need you guys help.

I think the majority of people here agree with my philosophy that we should not pick up marine wildlife such as starfish.

My wife works for a travel company who are just now producing a new brochure in which it has a photo of a small child coming out of the sea after snorkling with a large blue starfish in it's hand. My wife and i both strongly object to these picture being used, but require some authorative evidence that this sort of action is irresponsible. In other words i would like a link to the relevant parts of webistes for official organisations for marine wildlife protection and diving organisations.

They have now agreed to withdraw the brochure from the printers and replace the photo.
